Jaws of Life is a manufacturer of rescue products that saves lives, around the world. While helping out the amazing teams at Wray Ward and Hurst, we had workshops to identify specific goals, user pain-points and opportunities to stand out in their industry. We focused our primary efforts on product search, reducing overall clicks, and time spent searching by half. We also developed a robust editorial platform and created multi-channel content, to further engage audiences.
